Do you hold jewellery in stock?
No. Every piece is sourced or made to order, so you get exactly the stone, setting and metal you want rather than the closest thing on a shelf.
Do you work with lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We can price both lab-grown and natural stones so you can compare before deciding.
How long does it take?
It depends on the piece and the stone. We will give you a realistic timeframe with your quote, before anything is ordered.
Do I pay upfront?
Nothing is made or ordered until you have approved the spec and the price. Talk to us about how the balance is settled.
